Not terribly happy, because I have a sneaking suspicion it's only to account for inflation and additional costs of living. Which means it's a tax to maintain the status quo. I think the government should aspire to fund services better right across the board, so a £200 uplift would go some way to fixing broken elements of the infrastructure. | |||
