From the land of haribos.

Today is the d day for usa and I will make a bold prediction and say that harris have won the election, it comes after seeing many predictions and polls from sites like el politico, it would be interesting to see if I am right.

What is you view about it, it would be interesting to see if you also think that she could win it?

You're probably right.

If Biden could beat him, then Harris should be able to. The only difference being that Trump's four years in office are not fresh in people's minds (which is probably why he lost vs Biden).

Trump will win, the polls always underestimate him, should be very very close though

It's the political equivalent of the WWF wrestling. It looks real but it's all staged bullshit and razzmatazz. Rick flair to beat the undertaker. Neither of those two could determine the outcome of the bouts and the same goes for the cackling idiot and the dancing idiot.

"Said trump weeks ago seen nothing to change my mind "

Same sentiment but reality think it will be what is programmed into the voting machines.

It has been interesting to see the commentary from the liberal media trying to make the hype beleivable that she won.

There is not a majority of idiots in the states that would elect someone with such a poor track record for the last 4 years.

Sad to see so many on here that have so much hate for the Orange Man and let it cloud their judgement.

Give it your best shots on your snyde little comments! little tampon timmy and kamala love you all

"Said trump weeks ago seen nothing to change my mind

This sounds more like a conspiracy than a fact. Part of the 'Trump won in 2020' thing?

"

It has been interesting to see the commentary from the liberal media trying to make the hype beleivable that she won.

"

This isn't true.

The election results aren't out yet, no one has claimed victory in the media.

"

There is not a majority of idiots in the states that would elect someone with such a poor track record for the last 4 years.

"

But there might be a majority of people in the states that would elect someone with as poor a record as trump with his disastrous four years.

"

Sad to see so many on here that have so much hate for the Orange Man and let it cloud their judgement.

"

It's well founded. He pulled the US out of the Paris climate accord, sexually abused women, committed multiple counts of fraud. Etc etc. seems like pretty clear judgement to me.

"

Across Ireland

Latest polls show Trump ahead in all swing states although all were within the margin of error. That been said, he has outperformed poll expectations in the last 2 elections. I would say Trump will win by a whisker but will be the closest election since 2000

Yes he was completely disregarding science and ploughed ahead with trying to cause as much climate change as possible, which contributed to all kinds of extreme weather conditions including an increase in wildfires.

But I was more referring to the routing, cities burning etc which all happened during his watch.

Would be very interest to see linked examples of Trump supporters being harassed by their employer for their views or being attacked by Democrats.

"Are we heading to a return of the chaos and unpredictability that marked his first term? A world where he openly doesn't hold boarder or territorial sovereignty or integrety very high.

America was on fire last time he was in charge.

Yes. The economy was blazing ahead and Americans were burning their own oil and gas instead of importing it.

"On fire" isn't always bad.

Yes he was completely disregarding science and ploughed ahead with trying to cause as much climate change as possible, which contributed to all kinds of extreme weather conditions including an increase in wildfires.

But I was more referring to the routing, cities burning etc which all happened during his watch.

Routing!

I meant rioting.

Are you referring to the BLM riots?

There were all kinds of riots going on under his watch.

There was but the most significant was the BLM riots, which were not isolated to the US.

The Capitol riot was pretty significant.

Anyway, there was a lot of unrest, chaos and division last time he was the boss.

But still they voted him in.

Do you have an explanation?

Aside from them all being stupid?"

Not sure why you're calling them stupid?

But the reasons why people consistently vote against their own interests are diverse and complex. It's mostly by design.

"Harris will win by a landslide, whether Trump likes it or not. And on the 26th November, Trump will be sentenced to prison, whether Trump likes it or not."

"

Aside from them all being stupid? I wish I had an explanation.. most of my friends in the US are stunned as they don't know anyone that had said they would vote him in. Yet here we are. "

That's exactly why Trump won.

A whole lot of citizens feel unheard, derided, looked down upon, etc. Outside of (mostly) large cities, people are different.

There are two Americas in the US. We just learnt which one is bigger for now. Writing them off is not smart, however tempting it seems.

Because the term they meant is "easily led", and even very intelligent people can be easily led.

Calling them stupid does help others to lead them, though.

Just goes to show that unless you live in the country you will never know what it is actually like. No matter what people have been told through the media it is now obvious that the feeling is that real change is needed, a worrying change for some but change none the less.

A change to go back to the bullshit they had before?

Doesn't seem like it will actually change anything.

Thank you, you are so right on this.

So many democrats have commented in the states about distorted the media is and how the liberal agenda is so biased.

They have awoken and have voted for his previous record and how much better off they were.

It is a shame so many are suffering from TDS and delusional fantasies from the media.

Ah yes "TDS" another person used that to describe people who discussed either Trumps politics or how they thought someone who sexually abuses women might not be a good choice for president.

Costa Blanca Spain...

This was from an election night panelist on CNN. Yes you read that right good old left wing CNN. The other panelists were speechless and had no answer.

"'This is a mandate from the American people to do that. I'm interpreting the results tonight as revenge of just the regular old working-class American, the anonymous American who has been crushed, insulted, condescended to.

'They're not garbage, they're not Nazis. They're just regular people who get up and go to work every day and are trying to make a better life for their kids, and they feel like they have been told to just shut up when they have complained about the things that are hurting them in their own lives".

Whether or not you like Trump that really is what people voted for.

Many probably wiped their mouth after they voted for Trump. Even I will concede that he's not a nice guy.

This wasn't a vote for Trump it was a vote against being demonised by the condescending left wing "we know best" elite. The sooner other western left leaning parties learn that lesson the better.

BTW. Watch this space in Germany. General election coming very soon.
