He couldn't keep a tory policy in case it worked so he ditched it. ( Personslly I think the Rwanda plan was bs.) Now he's piggy backing on Italy's plan.

Feel free to elaborate or shut up until the the budget is done. Btw means testing isn't theft. It’s just not making a universal payment
