It is really quite hard for us in the west to properly realise the depth of the Russian regime under Putin and its satellite puppet states.

The Russian republic is said to have ruled that all music should "correspond to a tempo of 80 to 116 beats per minute" - meaning all western rave and techno music would be banned.

ah so a bit like our gov in the early 90s trying to make it illegal for more than 4 people to gather listening to music if it was more than a certain amount of beats per minute

Course it is the rried to make it illegal for more than four people to listen to a certain kind of music, trying to put there motals onto others
