From the land of haribos.

Who else agrees with me that everyone who is a leader or a politician, it should be us who elects them and not their party or the system, whilst yes, sometimes we do, but not all the time.

For example, to name few of them, lets take the world health organisation, who elected him and who elected sunak not us.

What is your view about it?

Go and join a party and elect the leader. Then you get to vote on who leads and represents in the election. Simple.

You're wrong. The party/group/institution elect/employ their leaders.

Re govt, the electorate then elects the party. You're conflating process and choice. We do have a PM we didn't elect but that is irrelevant due to process.

I can’t see why this couldn’t be a thing, vote for the leader of the party at the GE along with your local MP.

Let the party get it down to 2 candidates and they will need to address the people on their intentions for the vote on leadership and what they will deliver.

Do it on every GE, just because they were elected as leader for the first term doesn’t give them a free pass for the 2nd term.

Could be a good way to encourage commitment and accountability
