Regardless of the legality or not of any war (which people on one side will argue one way and people on the other, the opposite), it essentially boils down to this...if you come over here and break my toys (civilian/non-military infrastructure), then you pay for their repair. Collateral / Non-Military damage ? Absolutely. It doesn't matter which side is the aggressor. You break their civilian infrastructure, you pay for it. | |||

I'd go further and say for every Russian Dollar Equivalent they spend on their war effort, 10 US Dollars equivalent is seized from Russian assets and spent on resupplying the Ukraine military. . Ultimately Russian money will be redirected to fund military equipment used against Russian military. . Do a little research into what happened in Libya and Iraq and access/contracts to US/UK oil firms. Also look into Haliburton (sp?) and Afghanistan (if it hadn’t gone fubar). | |||

Even the enemy " The greater the cost to the Russian armed forces in personnel and equipment, the greater the chance the Russians will stop at Ukraine. For as long as they choose to wage war, we must try to ensure their casualties mount. They chose to start this war, they have the power to end it. Their lives can be spared if they make it stop. | |||
