As I can't comment on the old thread.

I'm basing it off the article the residents seemed concerned about the fact they are being used for asylum rather than being able to buy them.

The Chris Wilson bit.

Others may interpret a bit different. That's cool. But im not seeking to wolf whistle racist.

Also, the the 47.39 PW is the cash allowance. The place to live isn't part of that.

It would appear the council raised concerns too, first about not being consulted and further that HMG are pushing forward before concerns have been addressed.

Does anyone know of the HO pays the rent, or Clearwater as part of the c 1bn (irrc) deal HMG have signed with them ?
