So, Matt. Hancock. wanted to play the roll of 'Jesus. Christ.' so to speak.

In respect of, who 'lived' or 'died' during 'covid'

What an absolute 'BUFFOON' that man is.

Under 'oath' from, Lord. Stevens.

Exactly this.. One female civil servant (forgot her name) giving evidence complaing about boris et al not taking it seriously at the time was herself fined for holding a party.. The hypocrisy and finger pointing is unreal non of them have any dignity or honour

I'm not realy a tory but would another government done better..

So witch country's got it right.

Fir me we did not lock down soon enough I saw what was happening in Italy and at that point thought we should lock ASAP.

But, there would have been fewer sick, fewer die, so the problem would not have been as bad! So the inquiry now would be why did we lock down so early.

We have all done things where your dated if you do damed if you don't..

All people in politics work their absolute hardest to make sure blame and responsibility don't fall on their own heads.

Why, he did no better than the politician who will face a far more dangerous virus in the future.

At the time, considering the uncertainty of what damage the virus would do, they had to be prepared.

Covid killed less than 2% of those who got it, so not that serious, the next virus could kill 4%. Viral infections are out they that can kill 50% of those that catch it, some the figure higher. If one of these viruses gets a foothold then the goverment and NHS don't stand a chance of getting it right or coping with it.

Sadly sometimes politicians have to play god making hard decisions, thankfully not that often.
