Which in-turn means that every LPA Application Rejected would have to go to The Planning Inspectorate and would tie planning applications up for years. But oh wait he could just ignore the LPA's right?

Except that he can't - because they are democratically appointed local councillors. Oh! S H and ONE T !!!! That he can't vote down in the long-term co's the LGA's will just riot. Well you can't just kill local democracy, can you? Not when you are promising levelling-up as your main agenda.

So. Just Conference talk after all. Phew! There's us even talking about it as if it was a thing!
