Should the criminal Trials of Donald Trump be Televised? Personally I think they should. With a large proportion of the American public believing Donald is a victim of political witch-hunts I think Justice should not only be done, but seen to be done. Would Donald be able to resist taking the stand if his trials became the most watched TV spectacle's of the century?

I don’t think his lawyers would want that, he will also be told to say as little as possible during the trial

Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 53 prohibits the taking of photographs and broadcasting of federal criminal proceedings. This rule has been in effect since 1946.

Seems like a good rule.

They don’t by law televise federal trials….never have done! The best you may get in this case is the allow the audio to go live… but I think the trump team would absolutely fight that because they are not going to want people hearing what he did on all the major networks for weeks and weeks!

They won’t for this especially since national security documents may reveal sources they don’t want leaked…
