As the only one seemed to be about the opposition response.

My hot take:

Inflation doesn't matter when it comes to income tax.

But does on working class past times (this may be bait)

It's more important people are working than looking after their kids (bait)

But in order to get people into work we need more workers. So let's relax some rules.

We need more workers anyway to build stuff. Hello foreigner workers.

A bit of tidying up of date decisions in the past (UC. Prepay meters MPAA). And sticking by previous decisions.

And a lovely IHT play because previous rules on LTA had unintentionwd consequences. So let's rush out more changes.

Overall, this feels good for higher income, pretty poor for lower income for a year. Possibly a bit of a chance to be financially better of in 2024 if you are a parent.

We need to be realistic, the budget was always going to be conservative in its approach. Hunt is mindful of robbing Peter to pay Paul, it just won’t float right now. Produce a low impact, low risk budget, let people moan about pretty much nothing as it contains pretty much nothing and let the lights dim. The end.

Totally a budget for the better of

Lifting the cap's on pensions guess all with tax relief.

Trying to get people back in work that have retired is almost painful. It's some on benifit that need the help. Invest in the apprenticeship system to get more people in to trades.

We don't see any benefit in this budget for us, or any change for the worse.

By 'us' we mean us personally, not the country as a whole or anyone else.
