Seems the manufacturer has been "advertising" this drug that might be available on the NHS.

Another huge chunk of the budget spent ?

Another nail in the coffin ?

Apparently it does work, and is popular with celebrities.

The downside is that the NHS is only proposing to supply the drug for 2 years. The manufacturer admits that if you don't change your eating habits, you are likely to put weight back on again once you finish taking it.

So it might not be quite the miracle that is being sold.

semaglutide.

I'd be interested in seeinh the long term weight changes of people on it. I'm going to guess it all goes back on as it tricks your body into feeling full. If also be interested if there are any holistic changes on behaviour.
