Sir Rod thought he’d phone Sky and wade into the NHS debate. I wonder if his next song will be “do you think I’ve sepsis”

"Sir Rod thought he’d phone Sky and wade into the NHS debate. I wonder if his next song will be “do you think I’ve sepsis”"

The 78-year-old rock star, who has previously backed the Conservatives, said he had never seen the situation in the UK “so bad” and called for Labour to be given a chance to run the country, adding: “Change the bloody government.”

Good on him. Some poorly parented kids smashed up a load of expensive models. Link for context;

"Didn't he have non dom status to avoid paying taxes? Stand to be corrected. "

He moved to the US in 1975 so he didn't have to pay 83% tax under the Labour government.

I don't think an 83% income tax rate is advocated in their manifesto!

What's the beeting that, come the next election, he still votes blue?

Let's face it, who is going to know?

Let's not forget that he buggered off to the States back in the 70's because of cripling income tax rates for high earners under Labour government
