No, I am sure he won't but if doesn't commit to alternate generation and supply to bring prices down in his remaining time, you can be assured this is a "Groundhog Winter" of many getting more expensive and tighter supply each year. People using gas heaters in a single room instead of central heating or electric heating as they simply cannot afford it, what a completely fucked up country we live in.
