Now that the psycho with daddy issues has sacked him; who's getting Kwasi's job?

Is there any chance it won't be a half-wit full of their own bullshit?

Have they got anyone who even wants the job; bearing in mind who their boss would be?

Truss will do it herself. She believes in Growth Growth Growth. So she will grow her role to be PM and Chancellor. She might call herself “Leader” although the German’s may have a problem calling her Fuhrer!

Whoever accepts the job will know that Kwarteng was sacked by the PM for doing exactly what the PM asked him to do. This means that there will probably be yet another Chancellor when Truss finally goes too.

" Mr J Hunt."

You win a teddy bear. Could be worse, I suppose.

One down, one to go. Hopefully.

Fair point. However, you really have to factor in the undoubted truth that she is too stupid to understand what she was asking him to do.

That's not how I see it. I don't think Liz has the faintest idea of how am economy works. I think she believed that Kwasi understood it, and just followed his recommendations.

Sadly for him she panicked when the changes were unpopular. He'll now be able to say that his policies would have worked if she'd just given him some time.

Those who think that Labour will be their saviour - please keep in mind - No one can save UKs economy. Macro economic conditions take time to fix so until then whoever you are going to select thinking they will increase spending by increasing benefits and lowering taxes, is going to get a big slap by market fundamentals. Oil and oil by products embargo on Russia will come in force in December. Ready for more pain.

We are about to hit shit weather. Noone is asking for someone to magically create sunshine.

Just to switch on the lights and the windscreen wipers and slow down a bit. Not speed up.
