That's absolutely not Green Washing.

That is criminal, wanton and deliberate destruction for nothing more than profit.

Green Washing is buying Renewables certificates for peanuts so Energy suppliers or other corporates can claim Green Energy credits or claims.

It's also not the first time Drax has been implicated with involvement of illegally logged fuel.

DNA proved a number of years ago that fuel being burnt was exotic Amazon species meaning trees from Virgin forests were being chipped for fuel.

Romania, Bulgaria and even Russia are also involved with falsely supplying chips from Virgin forests rather than farmed spruce.

It should be banned until proper controls as to the sources are introduced.
