Everything still has to be approved by Parliament. | |||

" True, so there must be a plot point where it was found that Liz was gathering intelligence regarding tory party members and MP’s dirty secrets, and slowly she has been feeding the media these bits of information to discredit her rivals, she then uses this to coerce other members of parliament to vote for the things she wants. | |||
