"It looks like life can only get better - even a dream come true . The winning team have already put in place a £37 billion support package to help the vulnerable through the energy crisis . From a recent survey as below Liz Truss has a four-point advantage over Keir Starmer on who would be the best PM, according to a poll. The Tory leadership favourite was preferred to Sir Keir by 41 per cent to 37 per cent in the latest research by Redfield & Wilton Strategies. The gap was a point bigger than earlier in the month, and contrasts with rival Rishi Sunak who trailed the Labour leader by 41 per cent to 34 per cent. The survey was carried out on Sunday, before Sir Keir formally unveiled his £29billion plan to freeze energy bills for at least six months." A stack of £50 notes 29 kilometres high or a stack 37 kilometres high, farting or gasping for air will not be tolerated on the day they count it out. ![]()

"You gotta laugh. Pat/Mr Hay was very quiet for a couple of weeks. Licking his wounds over Johnson and them clearly waiting to see whether Truss or Sunak came out on top. You can 100% bet your life that had Sunak been leading, then Pat/Hay would be backing him. Integrity and strength of conviction vs populism and opportunism. Afraid Pat/Mr Hay falls squarely in the latter. Truss will be a disaster. She will be even more the puppet of the string pullers than Johnson was. Johnson was smart enough to know he had to be a puppet as he was compromised but narcissistic enough to believe he could ride it out for personal gain. Truss is too stupid to even realise she is a puppet and being manipulated. Gonna buy shares in popcorn because it is going to be fun watching Pat/Mr Hay tie himself up in knots trying to defend yet another hopeless PM! Comedy Gold is back on the menu!" . Most people take a slightly more rational approach than your analysis suggests . Supporters simply accept than Boris resigned and are hardly going to lose too much sleep over it. Life moves on and everyone is a winner . Boris will be in a much better position financially and we have Liz Truss about to be elected as PM . Boris supporters regard Sunak as a traitor and is the candidate that they would be least likely to vote for. With Liz as captain of the ship victory should be guaranteed in the next general election.
