Is Being Trans a case of being born in the wrong body?

No. Research suggests gender identity is neurochemical in origin so some people just have a gender identity that either doesn't match their sex, or in the case of non binary individuals fluctuates vs their sex.

Humans are diverse. Sex isn't binary, and gender identity isn't always the same as sex.
