Would I be right in thinking that after the elimination ballots say when we get down to three if two decide to withdraw from the contest then whoever is left would win unopposed.There by not going to party members to vote.If this scenario exists then this maybe Rishi best chance of winning

Mordant is very sinister. She wants the American system whereby if a local authority takes in less in rates or taxes then they spend less on local services. So a deprived area just gets worse. Think Chicago south side and that policy is the driver behind all that violence.
