I’m no Starmer supporter but looking at Boris, Starmer would be so much better for the country. We need telling the truth more than ever and at least he’s got that nailed. He openly said his own party was a mess and needed reform. His problem is they still include a minority of left wing nutters just as bad as the right wing nutters who have infiltrated the Tory party. The extreme right want to keep the money and everyone else in line and just above poverty. The left want to take all the money and share it out evenly regardless of need or whether someone is deserving. Most of us want a fair crack of the whip with the wealth shared about a little more fairly if you work and those in most deserving need helped out. It’s not revolution anyone wants they just want a better lifestyle for themselves and their children. Basically a grown up honestly elected government with a long term plan. | |||

I’m not so sure for two reasons . 1. His detractors are emboldened by the vote last night. 2. He is now seen as actually incapable of taking the country forward. He’s a one truck pony where he used slogans to get Brexit. Slogans don’t address the mess we are in. It’s serious government we need not a flawed celebrity. | |||

Personally I don't care which self serving Tory is in charge. I don't see any of the rest of them being any better. | |||
