There have been jokes in the past about Gove being a fan of certain white powder. But he was just on BBC breakfast, head wobbling all over the place + doing a bunch of silly voices. It was v strange...

The lesson does seem to be anybody from any background can be awful with the right opportunity.

As for what he's on? He's high on Tory bullshit; like all his colleagues in Cabinet.
