From the land of haribos.

Are you also watching his speech now and what will he say? Will he blame the west for the reason of this war?

From the land of haribos.

Just as I thought, his speech stuck largely to defending russias invasion.

He tied the war in ukraine to victory in 1945, blaming the west and nato for rejecting security demands.

On the other hand Zelensky’s speech as he walked through the deserted streets was just perfectly measured and emotional,He is churchillian, unlike our buffoon who wants to be seen as churchillian.

A gulf of integrity which puts us to shame that we have the leader we do.

Our leader is a man void of any morals.

Putin is a narcissist. He is head of the biggest country in the world which has untold resources . He has amassed a multi billion pound personal fortune and yet he is still prepared to kill thousands purely on his ridiculous desire of wanting the USSR back.

A man void of any humanity.

Plain old despotism is despotism wherever you find it.

This still has nothing to do with the West and only to do with getting back despotic control of his own country. He's a much more dangerous Leopoldo Fortunato Galtieri Castelli

He has to because without that he is dead in the water

Because we all know no one is really interested in taking over Russia

Nazi references missing from Putin's alt-truth speech:

The rearmament of Germany in the early 1930s was facilitated by Russia, who provided testing facilities for fighter aircraft & tanks and instruction for tank crews and fighter pilots

While the west eventually stood up to Hitler, Russia exploited the situation by signing the Molotov-Ribbentrop agreement and carving up Poland with Nazi Germany.

The Russian occupation of eastern Poland during the pre-Barbarossa period was even more brutal than in the German-controlled sector, with 22,000 Polish officers and intelligentsia being murdered by the NKVD in Katyn Wood.

Instead of continuing their advance, Russia deliberately paused, so that the Nazis were able to flatten Warsaw and viciously suppress the Polish insurrection.

Just a few aspects of Russia's wartime history which are absent from text books in their schools.

(Mind you, I recall not being taught anything in school about the British empire's many atrocities.)
