According to Meta disinformation surged online after the invasion of Ukraine. Facebook accounts were attempted to be hacked and Ukrainian officials compared to Nazis by users lurking in innocent cookery groups for example.

So be careful what you read. Keep an open mind but remember those mocking NATO, the west etc may well be a troll from Belarus.

It's nothing new. We live in a world where large percentages of people are not equipped to analyse the information they receive from the media.

So are you thinking those with IQ below 100 (the average) shouldn't be allowed to use social media?

That's a very strange question. Why would anyone think that?

Really? This isn’t about news on Facebook just ordinary accounts hacked by fake profiles.

Actually, you said be careful what you read, not be careful that youe account could be hacked - so it is about the news fake or otherwise.

Curious!

The msm are producing a very good anti Russia story, but what about the chechnian special forces units in the Ukraine, yes under Russia command but not Russian soldiers yiu think they play by the rules?

What about the large tea nationalist militia of Ukraines in the east with neo nazi embolms, less than a decade ago Russian forces decimated isis in Syria, something the west failed to do in iraqi, does this really look like the same war machine that did that?

Something smells funny bout this whole situation

The amount of propaganda coming from the Ukraine is unreal and it pisses me off how many uneducated people there are on the subject. Ukraine is corrupt as fuck all those with Ukrainian flags on there profile may as well have the Nazi flag I know putin is a dictator but showing support for Ukraine is like choosing between Ronnie and reggie kray they are identical. Our media is bad for pushing propaganda to suit a narrative. And the Russians demands ain’t unreasonable.

The fact the Ukraine actually managed to change leaders is a positive towards their future. The leader who was ousted is also attacking Russia verbally.

If course there is propaganda which you would expect and can see from both sides.

To say they are the same is just not true. There is low grade simplistic corruption throughout a lot of Eastern Europe and I’ve had to deal with it on a regular basis but Ukraine was no worse than say Romania. The U.K. corruption is just more sophisticated so living in a glass house we shouldn’t be too quick to throw stones.

As for reasonable demands.

Russia has no business telling another country what to do regarding memberships or trade deals snd definitely had no business invading another country. It had simply stolen land by force in the Crimea and Donbass. . They are not the same!

Pure pro Russian crap.

The Russians are massacring their neighbours. Beyond reasonable.
