You’d not want them to hire armatures that would not have a clue how to waste money now would you Tom? Be grateful that they hired professionals who really knew how to piss public money up the wall!

Somebody has worked out how many people asked a question, or looked into something as part of their jobs, added up an hourly rate and grabbed a headline figure.

The amount of money paid for employees to run reports that nobody reads on a daily basis is staggering.
