The press are claiming a $1million on the arrest of Putin.

No-one in their right mind would accept such a meager sum, considering the security and lifestyle you'd need afterwards as many Russian defectors have found in their demise.

The West are already in the $100's of Billions outbound pocket, so maybe an offer of $10Billion inc state sponsored lifetime security for themselves and their families.

Someone might just take a bite.
