What is the difference?

Tayside, Midlands and Chester

It is the innocent people I feel sorry for but what is the difference? Blair went to war illegally under a pretext of Weapons of Mass destruction, of which there were non. Putin goes to war under the pretext of protecting the people from NAZI oppression. Both are blatant lies, both acted above the law, both are responsible for the death of thousands, both should be brought to the Haigh for war crimes. However, Blair like Putin amasses millions, receives their countries highest honours, both walk free. If we in the UK are serious about bringing Putin to heel so too must Blair.

Is that a rigged election over a free election with the same outcome?

At least with Putin, you can't fully blame the people that elected him..
