What if either Putin or Biden believe a pre-emtive strike would give them the edge?

How do we know Putin isn't suffering brain degeneration?

Wouldn't say Biden is his cognitive self he used to be.

Maybe the idea of Murder-Suicide is the way one of them wants to go?

Who'd have thought a pilot would kill 200 others with himself.. maybe a few million is the ultimate.

Far fetched, possibly, probability, only a few know..

Superpowers don't just launch nuclear strikes at the whim of a president. If the generals or sub commanders don't agree, they won't launch. There is no big red button.
