World view on Biden/Harris

Over the last couple of years you couldn’t find two threads in a row that weren’t bashing Trump, his supporters, or republicans in general. The sitting President has not done anything to unify the American people, has failed miserably time and again, and has the worst approval record ever. Is it simply because it’s not Trump in office that everyone seems content with his incoherent approach to anything and therefore doesn’t bring him up, or is it that he is indefensible aside from the obvious which is that he isn’t Trump?

Also. The world press are less interested in reporting on Biden as he doesn't say as much crazy shit as Trump. So he's not in people's minds.

Trump supporters are big and mouthy always shouting shit about conspiracies and so make the loudest noise.

Trump seems to appeal to the vastly uneducated population of America who are brought up on the booyaa mentality and that the USA is the capital of the world

Biden supporters tend to be a lot more reasonable

Trump aside for a minute.

Harris and Biden are simply terrible. Biden is too old the jobs come ten years or more too late.

Harris is awful her recent interview with The Breakfast Club just shows how bizarre things really are.

The American people deserve better than the last six years.

Politically they look like they are in the same position as us. Nobody on the horizon who looks decent unless you count the Yang Gang.

Obviously it’s not fair to question the sanity of every person based on a small percentage. In US politics, especially now, the loyalty to party support is very strong, hence someone on the left defends a politician on the left like say Cuomo who did horrific things. They chastised the former President for kids in cages at the border, then made more cages for more kids under Biden, but it’s no problem since they are loyal to their party regardless of the policies. For four years the left called Trumps presidency illegitimate and tried to impeach him for something it has been proven he didn’t do. The riots and looting lasted for days in DC in 2017 after the inauguration but the left doesn’t seem to view that as a bad thing. The point I’m making is that a republican is going to vote republican. It doesn’t mean they are insane at all. What is insane is taking two identical circumstances and demonizing them for one party and condoning them for the other.

yes there where alot of experts on usa politics when trump was in power all had an opinion trump bashing was the fashion then lol

No Biden doesn’t have the worse approval record ever… Biden at the moment is hovering around 48%…. Trumps approval record hovered around the high 30’s low 40’s…..

I think you are answering my post.sort of.

Its hardly a small percentage when most republicans believe trumps election lies.

And yes there is a question of sanity when all logic and reason goes out the window

And who is being party blind now by comparing the protests, yes violent, at trumps inauguration to trumps supporters trying to stop the election process and overturn the result at the next election.

And you didnt answer my questions, do you believe trumps election lies?

Did 100,000s of dead people vote?

Were servers switching votes someway then distroyed so they couldn't be examined?

These are just some of trumps lies that led to jan 6 and he is continuing to lie and people are still believing him

Biden and Harris appear to me to be just getting on with stuff and like all administrations before them, they will get stuff right, and they will get stuff wrong. Importantly though, they are just getting on with it and I would imagine the world is grateful that this is happening rather than Trump grandstanding and destroying agreements for the sole purpose of putting himself centre stage.

Governments should just govern, they don’t need to be making the news day in and day out because they are loud, obnoxious, aggressive and destructive.

Trump was and is only about Trump and it is surprising that there are still people who don’t see that.

Given the population and brains available in the US. Isn’t it staggering that the best two candidates recently turn out to be bumbling old men.

The Billions spent on elections in the US shows that it’s the money men who are in charge. They don’t care about the electorate. The fact that the biggest economy doesn’t provide free health care for it citizens is shocking.

With its divided cities along with increasing violence and national debt, a nation in decline perhaps? China quietly smiling as they now have americas money. The US gave them it just like we did.

I still agree with the OP. I don't think Biden is a good president. He just looks good in comparison. Which isn't good enough.
