Is it bojo fucking things up?

He hides behind an EU sanction, but we're not in the eu

He hides behind usa's sanctions yet the USA says its our sovereign decision and Obama sent money owed in cash to release others.

International law says its money that should be returned

Is it a golden opportunity for bojo to correct the huge gaff he made as foreign secretary? Is this government that dishonest?
