Iran is using its military and political power to destabilise the middle east. China has the capacity to hurt the US navy carriers ( ballistic missiles designed to take out carriers ). Iran is happy enough just stirring the pot. Russia could if it wanted roll into Ukraine, but that would risk a long running campaign in which they get bogged down and risk a wider conflict. | |||
