A newspaper ran the story.

One of his flunkies said to the paper BoZo would sue.

Newspaper responded with "ok, see you in court"

BoZo Johnson withdraws threat to sue.

It was their story and their Editor got the threatening call from No10 Press Office.

He said he had buyers remorse to a collection of Daily Telegraph journalists at the Garrick Club and have a recording of it.

elton john sued one of the big papers and said they love it, sure he won and got damages but the papers get to sell the exclusive inside story everyday throughout the trial which in turn makes them more than the damages!
