Nothing we didn't already know. Government incompetence led to a huge number of preventable deaths.

They'll deny that fact. They don't give a shit, anyway. They only want to talk about the vaccine - the success of which they, thankfully, had nothing to do with (unlike PPE, test and trace, etc), other than signing the cheque.

All that said, most people dying of Covid now, are the unvaccinated.

If any of them have decided not to have the vaccine, then the consequences are their own fault.
