But, in a coincidence of almost perfect irony, it won't be Freedom Day for the Prime Minister, The Chancellor of the Exchequer and the Secretary of State for Health (in England); and, who knows, perhaps some of their Cabinet colleagues. What we do is what Chris Whittey says: he chief medical officer, Chris Whitty, has warned that with the number of hospital admissions doubling every three weeks, the UK could find itself reimposing social restrictions in a matter of weeks. Countries that have relaxed restrictions, such as the Netherlands and Israel, have ended up reimposing them.
