Can we agree that Johnson got slaughtered… I was really uncomfortable about the amount of lies he had to use or spin to get through that

He's not new to lying at the dispatch box, there's oodles of fact checking which confirms he just can't stop lying..

It was 6 questions of chances for boris to just hold up his hands to say him and his home sec got it wrong… rather than just digging a deeper and deeper hole which will mean his will be the first article on the news and just fuel the story longer and longer….

The Conservative party has a huge issue and they don’t know how to deal with it…..

So if you had been told a million times by the players that the gesture was in support of racial injustice… and then you booed that specific gesture

The people who booed either didn’t listen to the players, or booed people standing up against racism…

Either way… not a good look! Do you think they were ignorant… or racist?

People actively booed an anti racial stance after being told it was a anti racial stance……so why should I then believe they are not racist…..

Why should people protesting about an issue have to ask some of the people who are part of that issue how they should protest..?

Because gestures and symbols become associated with certain things and you are not going to change it, why do you think you don't see a swastika on any products or company logo,s its in peoples psych.

You seem to think the players and manager have said a million times why they are doing it and expect me to believe they just listened to one tweet by pritti Patel who is Indian (the last person i would think a racist would listen to) sorry but your logic does not make sense to me.

You sound like you have a problem with black people having to ask white people, how they should protest against racism?

This is highly enjoyable, watching the lengths people will plummet to, to defend the gmnt, even when alex himself is furiously trying to rewrite history.

It’s the.. “I can’t be racist because I know black people” argument.. well done you!

If you want to use the “ignorance” argument… that’s not on the players..

She specifically made a statement about the England players taking the knee.. she thought it was gesture politics and didn’t condemn those who booed

Well done you for coming out with the classic putdown " i have black friends" i wondered how long that would take before it came out.

Why would she? as much as some dont like it people in this country still have the right to protest but it seems only things they want to protest about.

I have said before if people want to boo taking the knee that is their right, you seem ready to make assumptions that because the players have said why then the people who are doing it are against their reason yet not ready to believe the people who say its the gesture not the cause.

I still cant see mings logic that racists are listening to an Indian woman.

This was always going to happen when we lost, i guess you dont remember effigies of becks hanging from lamp posts when he got sent off against Argentina ? a lot of football fans are not the brightest.

Well done by the way proving my point earlier that no one wants to discuss race as if you dare to say anything you are perceived as racist, exactly why this problem will take so long to sort out.

I certainly do not agree with booing the players. They are doing what they can to highlight the problem. If I may ask a question, should they have the right to boo taking the knee or should it be made an offence. Not a moral offence but an offence in law?

Well it occurred to me the other day that the law maybe used to dissuade these people. Ages ago that hate preacher openly spouted his hate in public under freedom of speech. I think you are no longer allowed this as it could incite violence. The problem of course is policing it. Anyway just a thought
