Complaining about handouts.

I'm assuming it was a completely different Andrew rosindell who claimed more than 125k in 2nd home expenses for a flat in London despite living 17 miles away.

He also claimed the max £400 a month for food.

Red wall.

Once again

“The masses” need something to believe in. Believing in something provides a meaning to life. “Ordinary folk” used to be the lifeblood of religious institutions up and down the country.

In hard times they had the perceived protection (symbolic or otherwise) of their Union and the old Labour Party were the natural bedfellows of the Unions and therefore of ordinary folk too.

Believing in something provides an emotional over-ride to almost all logical reasoning and the new Conservative Fascist Party has tapped into this human fallacy with Nationalism and Identity.

It actually doesn’t matter to red wall voters (or others) that The CFP was or even are crooks and Charlatans. As long as Nationalist Identity is front and centre of politics - that is where they will vote.

Just saying it how it is. I am not looking to be elected, just trying to understand the logic of millions of people voting against their own interest.

I realised some time ago that logic didn’t come into it. It was all about “feelings.”

And I am sorry, but it is true. Humans need something to believe in otherwise life has no meaning. The further down the demographic ladder you go, the more important it is to have a belief because life gets shittier and shittier the further down the ladder you go.

Some people find positive beliefs that help them further themselves whereas most adopt a herd identity because that is easy.
