If it was part of the building internal security, why hide it in a smoke detector? Who leaked it? So who had access to it in the first place. A lot of questions. Whilst the public have a right to know about decisions being made, there are commercial in confidence and myriad of other reasons why an office of the Secretary of State for Health should be private, and not just so he can bench his aide without being caught out."
