Not for the first time. If I was a constituent, I would want him removed.

From what I can make out from that article he has been suspended from the party.

If he is suspended from the house then that brings ground for a recall.

That has to be what happens here.

Asked a 21yo female intern to "fool around with him", and then sent suggestive texts.

Regardless of political party it's predatory behaviour, no place for suchlike in public life..

Wonders how far he has to go before it's taken seriously by his party..

How times have changed, I well remember a us president lying on telly about a young intern, didnt resign or get kicked out.

I dont think there is anything sadder than an older bloke chasing young women(or blokes)

People in power have often had twisted ideas about many things, not sure that will ever change but perhaps with more openness and transparency they might be held to account..

Dont think its restricted to those in power, doubt there is a man alive who doesnt fancy younger women, some much younger ones, common sense makes most of us realise we look stupid chasing them, those in power need to be seriously punished for doing so using their position to put pressure on. That's not to say some young women dont find that power a big turn on and will chase the man

Surely we should just be slagging off misogynistc behaviour .

Some older blokes would date a younger person but not by being a harrasing d*ck about it .

But with decency .

Im not talking from my personal experience .

There are some Gentlemen in the world

Not many i know but there are some .

Meanwhile, Alastair Stewart is quoted today as looking forward to appearing on GB News where he is free to say mysogonistic things with impunity.

“ Political correctness is not something to be adhered to. It is to be respected & broken through. I have a real thing about political correctness. It makes political discourse like walking on eggshells. / You’re having a really good conversation with people, but it’s a public conversation, and people pick and choose their words so it’s not sexist, it’s not misogynist or this, that or the other. / So long as you respect everybody, you can talk openly and freely".

Political correctness should always apply

In the realms of public life if addressing the

Masses especially.

. However his actions were only words and no physical contact took place. He told an employee to be less alluring in the office and that he found the employee to be attractive and alluring. This is probably a matter which any rational person would have resolved in private instead of seeking publicity
