The eu court has said that the commissions approval of state aid Airfrance, klm and tap as it went against the fundamental principles of eu law.

Its ok because the airline companies said they are not worried as they wont have to pay it back until after the appeal so that will take another couple of years i guess.

I don’t get why you are gloating as it was to try and help out carriers during this time on less travel during covid

Unless you want the prospect of less carriers, less flights and destinations being served, people being put out of jobs and flight prices going up… I am not sure what is being served

Unless you are now going to claim that was just a point of information post rather than trying to serve your well known narrative

Means naff all, hollow victory. Each country controls its own air space, EU will be ignored and Ryan Air will have to shut up and play by each countries rules. Don't see a single cent changing hands.
