As he has just been elected mayor I think it would be a bit of a kick in the teeth to those in Manchester that just voted for him as I think he would have to give that job up. I heard him on newscast saying he is not even an MP so not likely to happen anytime soon. Does anyone know if Labour party rules allow a non MP to be leader like in the conservative party? | |||
