Yes - really behind Barnier

If Eurpoe can keep the English Nationalists out then it has all been worth it.

Get Britain to leave with a rubbish deal, make sure that EU exports are not affected, keep the fishing and keep the UKIP Tories out of Europe.

..and the bonus is that the English Nationalsist even crow about the deal being World Beating!

Everyone is happy.
