High skilled automotive manufacturing jobs at Honda are just as good as logistics jobs at a future Panattoni warehouse. Correct?

In general terms yes weather a binman or a scientist both jobs are important in different ways.

Everybody doing a job of work is an important member of society but some jobs,all people have different abilities this is also effects earning etc.

From a wealth generation point of view no.

Warehouses in themselves don’t create many jobs especially the automated type.

Manufacturing creates jobs in supply chains in and out as well as the actual manufacture.

We only buy so much so whilst warehouses are getting bigger they are getting less numerous.

So it’s job shifting not creating.

Building them creates a mini boom for the construction industry so that’s positive for them.

Skilled engineering jobs, too warehouse jobs from a “speculative develop” - hasn’t Britain come a long way since 2016!
