The usual doomongers and naysayers will always spin good news into bad if it suits their agenda...

So we have seen the UK population fall by between 500,000 and 1m since Brexit - which should both satisfy Brexiteers dislike of foreigners and boost jobs for those left behind - I imagine their should be between 250,000 and 500,000 of empty roles just waiting for British people to take over. Tell me, are their 500,000 new jobs just waiting for people? We have so many geniouses on here that I imagine it wont take long for a good answer...

The point of the news is that in all of what has happened in this last year, jobs are now starting to come back strongly and a lot quicker than expected.

So that has to be good news right?

Agreed, their should be at least 250-500k sitting there due to people leaving the UK. Plus of course no need to build 250,000 houses and flats.

No wish to be a prophet of doom but the worst is yet to come. So many zombie companies propped up by govt support won’t survive when it ends. So many others simply can’t pay their bills.
