Particularly with transport, the number of schemes announced, cancelled, then reannounced is laughable.

The A27 Arundel bypass near my parents must have been announced and cancelled at least four times in recent years for example.

The Knutford Bypass took about 5 goes, but they got there in the end lol.

Handsworth the same.

Often the problem is with consecutive changes of Government.

Total waste of money to expensive and Don't even start on how long it takes to get anywhere car or taxi everytime
