I won't compare T&T to the EU membership but looking at the options available at the time the cost we've endured for T&T is shameful.

Sercos involvement in Test and Trace only accounts for 1.5% of the total programme.

Is it worth spending £22bn on a programme that has prevented the spread of the virus to 600,000 people?
