UK asks the EU that they be treated as a 2nd country.

Being classed as a 3rd country is just too complicated and not what people (who actually knew what they were voting for) voted for.

Being a 2nd country and getting preferential treatment would suit the UK much more and allow Gove to drink his G&T's in comfort at cruising altitude.

The EU is of course taking their time to consider this request as, after all, they are our friends.

We'd probably best get used to it, cuz he'll still have nothing to do there thanks to Macron and the EU while we are out and about socialising in pubs and clubs
