Brexit Dividend

The UK is happy to announce the phenomenal growth of the food bank sector.

Leading ministers were quoted as being proud to have achieved and grown this important sector since 2016.

Britain yet again shows itself to be World Beating and this sector plays a very important part in how we measure our economic growth.

Another Brexit winner.

We won - get over it

63% of adults in UK obese according to nhs figures, then the people in poverty figure is 23%, meaning only 14% of us are in the middle ground lol really? Or are the figures just horse shit?

However if the 63% just shared their meals.. 2 birds one stone!

Wasn't "We'll make you too poor to be fat" the main message from the Conservative party to the British people over the past 11 years.

Are we saying this is a failed Tory promise?

Anyone ever had sugar or brown sauce sandwiches? And the highlight of the week was meat paste or dipping bread and butter in your bowl of tinned pears for Sunday tea. Wonder if kids today would be happy with that?

What the Flying &^%* has this got to do with Brexit?

"Comparison to other countries

Food bank use in Germany and France is much higher than in the United Kingdom. In 2014, 1,500,000 people used food banks once a week in Germany."

Germany

"There are over 900 food banks in Germany, up from just 1 in 1993. In 2014, 1.5 million people a week used food banks in Germany."

France

"In total, around 3.5 million people rely on food banks in France. One provider, the Banque Alimentaire has over 100 branches in France, serving 200 million meals a year to 1.85 million people."

If you want the whole list just ask - I will be happy to elucidate and educate..
