He deliberately caused spoilage of a serum that is injected. That in itself should be enough for charges of attempted poisoning or something? The fact that this was vaccine during a pandemic should be taken into consideration, and the sentence increased.

I would guess 5 to 10 years in jail? And if anybody has actually been harmed, increase to ABH, GBH or attempted murder charges?
