My thoughts are that the Daily Mail got outraged at the word Chavez and couldn't think straight and then got confused. Standard Daily Mail.

Biden's preferences are Chavez, King and Parks and thats entirely fitting.

When Obama came in exactly the same outrage occurred. One of the Daily Arsewipes raised hell when they saw that the Churchill bust that Bush had in the oval office (very likely the exact same bust) went missing when Obama moved in. It later transpired that Obama in fact moved it to his residential rooms, if anything indicating that he wished to see the bust more often!
