What a true inspiration Captain Tom Moore is. £12,300,000 is his current amount for the NHS, words cannot describe how much he has currently raised. Think this guy should be Sir Tom Moore.

I agree. But I think that he's the sort of man that doesn't ever seek reward for anything he does.

A true Gentleman, and we could all learn a lot from him.

Brilliant story and what a humble man... sad that this generation are getting fewer now but a positive tale in these dark times... long may he live to enjoy his latest achievement

see some are calling for him to recieve an OBE nah that's what footballers and celebs get .some are calling for a knighthood but that's what time served flunkys and ex ministers get .no the best honour you can give this man is a raise in his militery rank to major and have a parade with one of the yorkshire regiments to present him with the honour in front of members of the NHS he has raised the money for no ministers no polatitions glad handing just him his comrades in arms and the people he respects

The knighthoods are corrupted with the likes of iain Duncan Smith and phil green, would be nice for a decent guy like him to get it
